Where to find panels

This is my first time going to an anime convention so does anyone know where to find panel rooms and where meetups are located? Also, what time does the convention begin on friday?

There should be signs everywhere to show you where everything is ^^ The page with the schedule also tells you what time the convention starts. If I remember correctly, the convention opening ceremony is at 12pm Friday~
